Little Helper leads himself a peaceful life although he carries one condition most Pegasus don't have; he lacks the ability to fly. He had crushed both his wings the wrong way right on his first flying lesson and, after Fluttershy's scolding/beating on the instructor for failing her son for something that wasn't his fault, he was rushed to the hospital. His wings have healed but he still can't fly, it even hurts his wings to open them slightly.
He earned his cutie mark from getting bored just lying around and insisted on helping out his aunt Applejack with the garden and animals. He's happy for this but still wishes for the day he could fly even though it highly feels impossible.
But he also enjoys hanging out with his friends, especially with Cheetah Light, whom he considers a sister figure, as does she as her brother figure.
He may seem a quiet type but when provoked, he'll easily lash out until he's certain he's proved his point.

So he can't fly. Guess that means he gets called a Chicken a lot. Which is offensive in two ways:
1. Making fun of someone handicapped.
2. More importan: Chickens can fly. So calling some flightless beast a chicken is offensive to chickens.
